Welcome to Vosa Mai (“we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, courses, and related services. By enrolling in or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to enrol directly in a course.

• Students under 18 may participate only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. The parent or guardian must make the payment and sign up for the course, confirming agreement to our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. Attendance by a parent or guardian during online classes is recommended for younger students.

2. Enrolment and Payments

• Course fees may be paid in full or in instalments (as offered for each course).

• If paying by instalments, you agree to make all scheduled payments on time, even if the course has been completed or the student stops attending.

• All prices are listed in AUD and may be updated from time to time.

• Payment processing is handled by secure third-party providers.

3. Refund Policy

• Refunds will not be given after the first class has taken place.

• Refunds are only available if cancellation is requested at least 48 hours before the course start date.

• Refund requests must be made in writing to admin@vosamai.com.

• Digital content purchases are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

4. Intellectual Property

• All course materials, website content, videos, and resources are the property of Vosa Mai or its licensors.

• Materials are for personal learning only and may not be copied, shared, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written consent.

5. Code of Conduct

When participating in courses, discussions, or online forums, all students (including minors) must:

• Treat others with respect and courtesy.

• Avoid offensive, discriminatory, or disruptive behaviour.

• Not share inappropriate, harmful, or illegal content.

We reserve the right to suspend or remove students — including minors — for breaches of this code. In the case of minors, parents/guardians will be notified.

6. Privacy and Safety of Minors

• We collect only the personal information necessary for course participation.

• Parents/guardians have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of a minor’s personal data.

• Students under 18 should avoid sharing personal contact details with other participants.

7. Disclaimer

• We make every effort to ensure our courses are accurate and up to date.

• We do not guarantee specific results from using our services.

• We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury related to your use of our website or materials.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vosa Mai will not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• Loss of data, income, or opportunities arising from the use or inability to use our services.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on our website with the effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are made means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Western Australia, Australia.
